Booking your disco with Remember This Disco.

We do everything possible to make sure that your party is successful.

Once we have given you a quote, please do not assume that we hold the date for you. When you have decided to book REMEMBER THIS please confirm this straight away. We will then ask you for a deposit (normally £50) and hold the date for you for fourteen days awaiting the deposit. Once we have received the deposit we will write and confirm the date by return of post (or e-mail). We will then alter the “Availability” page on the web site and you will subsequently see your party appear on the prescribed date.

The nature of enquiries on the internet means that sometimes we deal with more than one enquiry for the same date, so making your decision early will avoid disappointment. This is particularly important for December and the main wedding season – May to August.

Our quotations are valid for 28 days, and subject to us being given the correct information on which we base the quote. We do not automatically assume that you will provide a meal. If this is required, due to the length of the booking or location away from home, we will state this when quoting for the booking.

In the unlikely event of you canceling the booking, the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee. Unlike several entertainers and discos that we hear about, we have NEVER not arrived for a confirmed booking but in the event of some unforeseen disaster we undertake to find a replacement disco for your party.
